How long does my order take to ship?

If the item is in stock, it will ship according to the standard shipping times provided at checkout. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4–10 business days for crafting before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, normal delivery times apply.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy? 

Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Products that are damaged, worn, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund. Please note that custom items can only be returned if they’re faulty.
